The Front Office shown above integrates with the optional TSBookit Front Office Booking system which allows rapid search and booking of Flights and Package Holidays and then downloads the details directly into the booking record.

Booking documentation is available through the Document Library. Outgoing documentation is automatically stored against the booking. Other documentation can be scanned and attached to the booking to maintain a complete record.

Back Office accounting is controlled by batches to maintain a clear audit trail.

Tour Operating

Whilst the TSTravel Core is ideally suited to dynamic packaged holidays and individual traveller requirements, the optional Tour Operating modules have been designed to simplify the management and booking of tours.

The Tour booking process uses a booking assistant which enables the user to choose the options required.

There is a Package Administration Wizard which streamlines the process of package creation and pricing.

Package components such as Flights and Hotels can booked from inventory independently of packages and may be combined within several different packages or tours.
